Business Analyst with Investment Banking

RESPONSABILITIES:
As a Business Analyst of the team (business analyst team for sales tools on equity derivatives desks) you will be managing a wide range of products from vanilla to structured products, covering sales negotiation workflow starting from capturing client request to booking in deal processing system.
- Discuss, understand, and document client business requirements on different project initiatives/applications features in a complex and dynamic system (Exotic Products Chain) covering multiple applications in the perimeter;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owner on task prioritization;
- Write clear acceptance criteria, functional and technical documentation;
- Create user stories and participate in the testing phases to validate the deliveries before production release;
- Maintain a close relationship with development team and ensure the delivery of high quality features.
- Show flexibility and availability on covering multiple applications and switching from one to another when it is required.
- Provide L3 support on applications in Production environment;
- Drive innovation and contribute with new ideas for the existing architecture, services and processes.
Profile required
- Curiosity and Environment Awareness: You should have a solid understanding of your development environment, including how investment banking operates, the mechanics of buying and selling in the market and a deep understanding of equity derivatives.

- Have a keen eye for details
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years as a Business Analyst in Investment Banking – must have
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical skills: Database SQL knowledge, understanding of APIs in a micro-service architecture
- Client Focus: Orientation towards client satisfaction, with the ability to learn quickly and perform under high pressure.
- Team Orientation: Be adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a changing environment.
- Advanced English level is required, French si a plus.
