Responsibilities
Primary Objectives
Reporting to the Head of Loan Syndication, Japan as a banker responsible for loan syndication and distribution activities of SG’s banking businesses based in Tokyo, the candidates are expected to partner closely with different stake holders internally and externally.
Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:
- To manage SG’s loan syndication activities in Japan including communication with debt investors for underwriting analysis, preparation, and execution of syndication documents ソシエテ・ジェネラル銀行東京支店におけるローンシンジケーション業務全般。ローン投資家との折衝、シンジケーション資料作成、債権譲渡契約作成実行を含む。
- To be in charge of internal reports/documents related to above mentioned loan syndication activities 上記ローンシンジケーション業務にかかる事務作業
- To be in charge of preparation/submission of regulatory reports/documents その他庶務
Profile required
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Experiences in Japanese syndication loan businesses at a major financial institution (either of origination or distribution) 本邦金融機関におけるローンシンジケーション業務経験者
- Experience in syndication of multiple asset classes including project finance, asset finance and corporate finance. プロジェクトファイナンス、アセットファイナンス、コーポレートファイナンス等のファイナンスを取り扱えること
- 3. Native Japanese speaker, business level English proficiency is preferred母国語レベルの日本語必須、ビジネスレベルの英語厚遇
- 4. Good communication skills with outgoing positive character 社交的で、前向きであること
- 5. Fast learner, challenge and change oriented, and never give-up attitude in a fast pace/rapidly changing environment; 学習意欲が高いこと
- 6. Accuracy and quality of works 事務作業が正確にできること
