Trainee in Chief Operating Office - M/F/D

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Supporting the employees of Chief Control Office Department in day-to-day matters, in particular: process of procedures implementation in the bank, monitoring of execution of permanent controls performed by departments present in the bank, process of management of agreements with third parties,
• Learning about processes related to operational risk management in financial institution,
• Preparing reports and presentations in scope of department’s activity,
• Assisting in preparation of documentation related to business continuity management.

You will be most successful in the role with:

• Student status for the entire duration of the internship (preferably in economics, finance, or banking-related studies),
• Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week,
• Proficiency in Polish and English,
• Knowledge of MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of VBA will be an additional advantage,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently,
• Ability to work under time pressure,
• Very good work organization,
• Commitment and accuracy,
• Teamwork skills.
