Within the Société Générale group, you will join the SG GSC Security Hub, the center of expertise in the Security Operations & IT Operational Risk management domains, delivering services for the business lines of Société Générale Group across several geographies.
To run and grow its operations, develop new service offers, build internal customer relation, and increase the level of expertise for the activities delivered, we are recruiting an Identity and Access Management Team Leader for the G3C (Global Cybersecurity Capability Centre) team.
G3C - it’s a cybersecurity team operating in Bucharest and Bangalore, offering various services to Group entities, world-wide. (services like identity and access management, exception management, penetration testing and others)
What you will do:
- Run and improve continuously the IAM activities operating in Bucharest and Bangalore, in particular IAM recertifications and IAM controls (bypass, deprovisioning, orphan accounts coverage, Shared folders control), IAM user assistance services and IAM processes analysis;
- Define the governance, RACI and SLAs with the stakeholders involved in each of the managed processes;
- Define and provide KPIs required to steer the performance of the team and activities;
- People management : take in charge the management of the team in Romania from recruitment, performance, workload management, career development for resources reporting to you directly;
- Coordinate : Functional coordination of the entire IAM controls and recertification team, located in Bucharest and Bangalore;
- Operations and service improvement: Be the full process owner and contribute to industrialization of standards and processes, aiming for synergies and continuous improvement.Ensure a fluid communication within the team and with main partners.
Profile required
· Overall 8-12 years of experience working in IT / Cyber security / Risk Management domain with at least 3-4 years experience in people management /activity management roles;
- Good knowledge of IAM tools and processes;
· Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats;
· Excellent stakeholder management, high autonomy and engagement skills;
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships
· Ability to work in cross-cultural setup and matrix organization structure
· You are fluent in French and English.
