Responsibilities

Join the Société Générale Group’s Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) division, specifically the Financing & Transaction Banking (GBTO/FTB) team. Our mission: develop and manage information systems for structured finance, connecting key business processes with stakeholders worldwide. As part of the Financing Service Interface (FSI) team, you’ll contribute to transforming and distributing critical data across risk, liquidity, and operational platforms.

Our team spans Paris, Warsaw, and Bangalore, working collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver business, regulatory, and technical projects.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Business Analysis: Analyze and document business needs, prioritize with the Product Owner, and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure functional requirements align with technical constraints.
  • Testing & Quality: Design and execute test strategies, including functional test cases and manual or automated testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor production, resolve user issues, and propose enhancements to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Agile Practices: Actively contribute to Agile Scrum ceremonies and support the team’s adoption of best practices.

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  •  You have a solid background in business analysis for complex applications, with the ability to navigate multifaceted systems and deliver practical solutions.
  • You have strong SQL expertise, analytical abilities, and familiarity with tools like JIRA (XML knowledge is a plus).
  • You’re proactive, team-oriented, and thrive in problem-solving with a positive mindset.
  • You use English fluently, and knowledge of Polish or French is an asset.
  • You’re curious, organized, and results-oriented, with a drive to collaborate and build meaningful solutions.
