Responsible for Pre-pay Audit for assigned regions • Processing o staff claim • Handle customer queries (emails) • Operational Accounting, Reconciliations and Controls • 50% - 60% level of autonomy required to perform the tasks • Daily interaction with PTP team • Work timing based on region and varies from high to medium complex tasks
Profile Required
1. Graduate in any stream, preferably Commerce with 0-2 years’ experience in accounting field.
2. Good verbal & written communications skills in English
3. Self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with team
4. Basic computer skills with working knowledge in MS Excel & PeopleSoft Expense will be an added advantage
Profile required
KEY SKILLS: 0-2 years experience in any operations where Japaneese language was used
Level - JLPT certification -N4/N3
Japneese Language - Basic
TOOLS: MS Excel,People Soft ,MS Visio,Email Writing skills
