Responsibilities

Mission:
You will be part of the Debt Capital Markets team as an analyst working along with the Senior Managing Director in charge of the team dedicated to financial institutions and a Director.
Your mission will be to assist the originators in advising Italian banks and insurers Institutions for their funding and capital needs, with an increasing degree of autonomy. As an Intern in Debt Capital Markets, you will work in a highly motivating environment, with close contact with several internal and external teams in a very dynamic context.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Produce marketing material for pitches, pricing of bonds, credit and economic market analysis
- Be responsible, with the supervision of the originators, of the accuracy and quality of the material produced for clients
- Be in constant contacts with bond syndication, fixed income trading, structuring and legal teams
- Be fully involved in the execution of transactions (covered bonds, senior unsecured, subordinated and additional tier 1 bonds) on the primary market
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Graduated with a master’s degree in Economics or Finance from a Business School
- Your previous internships have revealed your talent in bond origination or credit/financial analysis in the banking sector
Language skills:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- French would be appreciated
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Bloomberg would be a plus
- Tenacious and reliable

- Able to estimate risk in your activity
