Responsibilities

You will be acting proactively for the clients satisfaction and their loyalty as well as entering in relationship with Clients with a partnership mindset.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide them both operative and commercial support and solutions in line with SG processes and contribute to the success of transversal projects
  • Support the client on the preparation of SLA or and to be aligned with contracts
  • Share expertise and priorities with colleagues
  • Understand the Securities Services industry, their typical operating models and the key components of their business.
  • Negotiation attitude within my scope of responsibilities

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor degree Economics/Social studies/Legal/Engineering
  • Preferable: prior experience in Financial Industry
  • Preferable: Settlement experience

Language skills:

  • Italian – C2
  • English – B2
