C# Developer - M/F/D
Responsibilities
As our Warsaw office continues to grow, we’re expanding our C# development teams within the Fixed Income, Forex, and Credit (FIC) division. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a newly formed team in Poland that will design and build a brand-new internal application from scratch, replacing an existing Java-based system. You will work on advanced trading and market orchestration tools used daily by traders and financial professionals, in collaboration with the international teams based in Warsaw and Paris.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Taking part in the design and implementation of a new C#/.NET-based pre-trade platform, with focus on low-latency and high-throughput performance.
- Building tools that connect in-house systems with vendor platforms, ensuring seamless market connectivity and orchestration.
- Contributing across the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) – from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Developing user-oriented features and technical components in a high-performance, scalable architecture.
- Writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, and supporting continuous integration using tools like Jenkins.
- Working closely with global technology and trading teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in C# development, ideally in real-time or performance-critical environments.
- You have a strong command of .NET Framework and are confident building modern backend applications from scratch.
- You are comfortable working with low latency systems and understand performance optimization techniques.
- You are experienced with Agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration practices.
- You are proficiency in English.
