Lead Software Engineer

Expert on Core JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot, Unix, Big Data Technologies, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, RDBMS ( Oracle, PostGre)
Demonstrated ability to design new systems in consultation with ARC team. 
Strong business understanding of the business domain
Expertise on different architectures patterns and ability to recommend technologies based on the business needs.
Ability to guide team members & perform peer reviews before merging to release branch;
Good understanding of multi-tier architecture .
Working knowledge on Cloud ( Private and Public)
Collaboration with users to identify automation use cases
Expert knowledge on application functionality and ability to lead crisis call situations
Demonstrate the ability to handle crisis situations
Be a backup for the manager
Industry recognized technical certifications are mandatory
