Mission: 

The Personal Assistant works under the supervision of the Chief Country Officer in Brussels. The successful candidate will quickly reach a certain level of autonomy in her/his daily activity whilst performing a reporting adapted to her/his various duties.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  •  Managing databases and filing systems
  •  Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  •  Previous internship experience would be a plus

Language skills:

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in French
  • Dutch would be a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Highly proficient with MS Suite (Outlook calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  •  Knowledge of SAP Concur for trip reservations
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Absolute sense of discretion and confidentiality
  •  Great team spirit
