Responsibilities

Senior Network Expert (SG Americas Operational Services, LLC, Jersey City, NJ)
Design, Implement and maintain Internet Access Point infrastructure design, to ensure baseline and support
all Internet based applications. Work closely with Paris and Bangalore teams to define SG proprietary
standards and configurations to be followed in the AMER region. Become the expert for Internet Access
Point and Electronic marketing support for AMER region. Analyze the performance of end-to-end IAP
Infrastructure using proprietary tools. Communicate and liaise with Network Operation Center team, other
Global Technology Services (GTS) infrastructure teams for large Network operations or projects. Adapt
existing process used in other regions to the US Network Team. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week.
When not telecommuting must report to SGAOS, 480 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Salary:
$177,736 - $216,000 per year.

Profile required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Computer
Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a
Computer Architect, Network Architect, or any occupation/position/job title performing data network and
network security operations.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept 3 years of post-secondary
education in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field,
plus 6 years of professional experience performing data network and network security operations.
Must also have the following: 5 years of professional experience following Agile principles and applying
Scrum framework through delivery of backlog; 5 years of professional experience designing, testing, and
implementing solutions for products; 5 years of professional experience planning and deploying upgrades
to fulfill compliance, security, and capacity requirements; 5 years of professional experience collecting data
to create statistical graphs; 5 years of professional experience utilizing Firewall Operations including
Fortinet, Checkpoint, and Cisco ASA Firewalls; 5 years of professional experience utilizing Web Proxy, Web
Reverse proxies, Remote and Site to Site VPN technology, Load balancers (including NetScaler and F5),
and network security standards; and 5 years of professional experience utilizing Intrusion Detection System
(IDS)

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
