DCM Analyst
Responsibilities
Position Objective
- Support in marketing clients to win mandates, discover and further enhance relationship with clients
- Provide business support to the Korea DCM team in respect of the entire DCM product range
- Maintain and develop in-depth understanding of DCM products and utilize this skill set to provide high standard advisory services to clients in supporting marketing efforts of the team
- Execute debt capital markets transactions autonomously with report to local head of the department, support documentation and marketing material presentation
Principal Responsibilities
Daily Obligation
- Analyze global capital markets and create marketing materials based on focus of the team
- Keep regular contact with DCM team members, syndicates, and other internal parties
- Follow up and respond to clients’ requests
- Look for private placement opportunities
Monthly /Quarterly Obligation
- Contribute to Korea DCM team’s performance via solid marketing materials and actively communicating with internal team members
- Seek to promote new business opportunities (public transactions, private placements, investor meetings ideas etc.)
- Review to ensure that all transactions are properly documented, tracked and closed on SG internal SG procedures and guidelines and ensure that all procedures are completed in compliance with internal and external regulations
Yearly and Occasional obligation
- Support Asia DCM team
- Continue to build knowledge on products
- Support in developing new clients
- Introduce new products to clients
