Responsibilities

Join the OSD  (Origination, Structuring, Distribution) division and contribute to one of the two major programs: MyCredit or Origination.

 

The aim of the MyCredit  program is to ease the credit approval process for the structured and market finance departments. MyCredit is deployed worldwide and has more than 3000 users. It includes the display of information in Credit Files, workflow and decision management, handling of different stages of the deal lifecycle as well as building tools and reports that help our users follow-up on their clients.

 

The aim of the Origination program is to ease the origination process of deals for the structured finance department. It includes structuration of the deals, their pricing, the management of all regulatory processes as well as addressing reporting needs that help Front Officers take their decision.

 

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst you will be involved in three types of activities: Shift Left, Continuous Testing, and Shift Right as well as Transveral activities.

 

The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

1) Shift Left:

  • Writing test scenarios to be executed for each User Story in Zephyr Scale
  • Presenting manual tests to the team
  • Writing BDD (functional tests) in tres amigos to be automated by developers (in Zephyr Scale).
  • Ensuring traceability of test activities.
  • Proposing E2E test automation solutions.
  • Preparing test data sets and test environments.
  • Contributing to writing the SDP in collaboration with PPO/PO to define the test strategy.
  • Defining the necessary functional metrics for production monitoring with the PPO & PO.
  • Defining and maintaining the test strategy for the functional scope.

2) Continuous Testing:

  • Verifying if the criteria of the "DoD" (Definition Of Done) for a user story are met.
  • Executing automated validation tests for new developments.
  • Reporting defects and defining the priority level of each defect.
  • Executing regression tests in UAT.
  • Overseeing and maintaining automated E2E tests.
  • Automating regression tests.
  • Defining/implementing/executing/monitoring performance tests.
  • Formalizing the test coverage to be performed to certify the release.
  • Participating in UAT demos and gathering feedback.
  • Ensuring monitoring of non-production environments.

3) Shift Right:

  • Executing manual/automated sanity checks in production.
  • Assisting the support team.
  • Formalizing bugs reported by the support team/end users, analyzing them, and prioritizing them with the development team.
  • Implementing solutions to avoid non-reproduction of bugs.
  • Maintaining regression tests in Zephyr Scale.
  • Facilitating PO/user demos in collaboration with the PPO.
  • Ensuring functional and technical monitoring of the application in production.

Profile required

We expect from the candidates:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance
  • Experience in test automation (Zephyr, Playwright)
  • Technical autonomy: SQL, log monitoring...
  • Interest in functional side of the applications
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipepilne and Agile (BDD, Tres Amigos)
  • Fluent English, French is nice to have
  • Coordination and communication skills
  • Curiosity and problem solving
