Payments & Cash Management Business Analyst / Business Expert - M/F/D
Responsibilities

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Collaboration with various teams to gather and document business requirements, proposing efficient solutions.
- Tracking and supporting project progress, addressing any issues, and recommending improvements.
- Engagement in Change Management, ensuring seamless implementation and communication of project updates.
- Participation in planning and prioritization committees.
- Building your expertise to act as a supporting expert in business line projects.
- Ensuring quality of IT system deliveries through testing and coordination.
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
- You have experience in the banking industry as a business analyst or project coordinator.
- You have knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- You are familiar with Payments and Cash Management products, electronic banking systems, and related regulations (AML, PSD2, GDPR).
- You are skilled in negotiating and documenting business requirements clearly for both business and IT stakeholders.
- You are proficient in defining functional solutions and discussing business cases with sponsors.
- You have experience in project management from a business perspective.
- You are a strong communicator, able to interact effectively with business, IT, and other stakeholders.
- You are independent yet a team player, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- You are fluent in English and Polish; French is a plus.
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
