Responsibilities
Societe Generale’s private banking department in Milan operates as the Italian branch of Societe Generale Private Banking Luxembourg. It supports high-net-worth clients with tailored wealth management and international diversification solutions, leveraging the expertise and resources of both the local Milan team and the Luxembourg parent company. Clients benefit from access to Luxembourg’s leading private banking center, dynamic trading rooms, and a wide range of bespoke services and products
Responsibilities :
- Manage and file team expense reports and expenditures, ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Liaise with prospects and clients on a proactive basis and when required
- Write call reports and client meeting summaries, track interactions, and update the corresponding records
- Update sales metrics and commercial reports in Excel, producing statistics and analyses for management
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other materials for client meetings, investment proposals, or business events
- Support the organization and logistics of meetings, including managing calendars, booking rooms, and preparing necessary documents
- Coordinate business travel, travel logistics, and the organization of events or seminars for teams and clients

Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in finance and asset & wealth management
- A previous experience in asset management and private banking would be appreciated
Language skills:
- Fluent in English and Italian
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong listening, analytical and presentation skills
- Proactivity, spearheading of proposals
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Italy is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
