Junior Internal Auditor – Internship role

BRD Group Société Générale is promoting an Internship role within the Internal Audit Department, part of a team with international exposure, based in Bucharest!

YOUR ROLE

As our colleague, you would participate in assignments concerning BRD GSG and/or its Subsidiaries in Romania.

You would take part in internal audit engagements, with the aim to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization's risk management framework, internal controls in place and governance processes:

ü  Review the processes in order to identify and evaluate the main risks, existing internal controls and effectiveness of the operations;

ü  Perform relevant investigations following a risk-based audit approach;

ü  Present the results by preparing clear, comprehensive, objective and properly worded conclusions, in both oral presentations and written deliverables;

ü  Formulate recommendations to address the root cause of the identified issues and follow their adequate implementation.

WE EXPECT

Applicants should be fresh graduates or having up to one year of experience in banking, finance, accounting, advisory or financial audit services.

We will appreciate a first working experience as either a trainee or entry-level financial professional in a relevant field, as well as basic knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, audit and control techniques

What we expect from the candidates:

ü  Student or graduate of a Finance/ Economics/ Business major.

ü  Excellent written and verbal English skills.

ü  Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

ü  Ability to quickly assimilate diverse data and make decisions.

ü  Communication and adaptability, analytic spirit and critical thinking.

ü  Proactive, eager to learn and grow, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
