Responsibilities
SSE-Premium-Peoplesoft FSCM Functional
Experience on PeopleSoft FSCM applications which includes Analysis, Development, Implementation, Testing, Post implementation support.Good experience in People Tools (8.5X) (Application Designer, PeopleSoft Query, People Code, Component Interface, File layout) and reporting Tools.Working Knowledge on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.x modules like AP,PO,GL,TE and AM.Hands on experience on Application Engine.Hands on experience in Integration tools like Integration Broker, Component Interface, File layout.Hands on experience on Customized and developed various Reports using SQR and PS Query, Crystal reportsHands on experience on Trouble shooting various Application engine process failures, SQR failures in scheduler, error in people code and providingpermanent resolution for the same.Exposure to PIA (Pure Internet Architecture).Working knowledge on creation of User Profiles, Roles and Permission lists.Having a strong working knowledge on SQL queries and PS Queries.Having a strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations;Good communication, analytical skills, quick learner and process-oriented, with a high customer orientation.Self-motivated team player willing to accept exciting new challenges.
Profile required
Functional Exp 5 – 10 YearsRole – Functional Consultant / Business Analyst 5 to 10 years of Functional OR Techno-Functional hands-on experience as a consultant or analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM 8.x or 9.x Applications, including GL, AP, PO, AM,TE & AR modules.Having 1 or more end to end implementation experience of the above given modules. Knowledge of Cash management module is desirableHaving worked on Managed service projects covering the above given modules.Having a strong understanding of finance functional process knowledge on the above modules.Having a strong working knowledge on SQL queries and PS Queries.Having a strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations;Having a strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements;Proven skills in quality assurance, including creation of testing scripts and test execution;Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft related issues to ensure the accuracy of business systems. Interact with business system users and understand the requirements, providing best possible solutions co-ordinate for development, test and delivery.Having a good understanding in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, AWE, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, Crystal reports, Java and HTML.This position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.The selected candidate should have excellent communication skills including written and verbalWe are looking for a great team player with Can-Do attitude.Should be willing to work hands-on and IC (Independent Contributor) role.
