Responsibilities
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Managing contract obligations between SG its clients (act as go-to person within MARK/GRS).
- Support the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the contract management system.
- Act as an intermediary between Analysts, Sales, IT Support, Invoicing, and other teams.
- Quality control checks on contracts and client’s data
Commercial Management:
- Responsible for SG Research P&L (Accounting and Economic).
- Lead commercial review and maintain existing client relationships including handling renegotiations, invoicing, terminations, and general client queries.
- Support commercial analysis, including identifying trends, assessing risks, and providing recommendations for process improvement.
- Prepare dashboards to management that helps in decision making.
- Overview of invoicing teams for invoices sent from SG to clients and ensure accuracy and timely payments receipt.
- Manage client interaction requests on different platforms and action client requests on priority without escalations.
