Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) has been active in Ireland for 20 years and is a leading player in servicing Irish domiciled and offshore collective investment vehicles. We act as depositary for a wide range of international clients who manage UCITS, Alternative Investment Funds including private equity and real estate structures, hedge funds and special purpose investment vehicles. We can offer a full suite of Fund Administration and Transfer Agency Services through our sister company.
Within SGSS Ireland, you will join the SBO team which provides a full line of local and global custody services, as well as clearing, issuer and trustee services. It is structured around three operational businesses, one of those being Clearing and Settlement Services (CSS).
In a very dynamic and growing business the Business Solutions Analyst will be involved in the whole life process of a fund from onboarding to invoicing and support executives on various tasks.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Market and prospects analysis
- Helping with RFPs and marketing documentation
- Drafting fee proposals for prospects and clients / estimated profitability / NBI
- Deal financial modelling in support of the pricing manager in the head quarter
- Providing client integration support to include the coordination of client take-ons
- Maintaining pricing, clients, and deals databases
- Reporting statistics to the board and all the departments
- Preparation of steering committee
- Process invoicing and managing clients’ requests
- Managing as a local coordinator projects lead by head quarter
- Providing management support
- Continuously improving process and automatization

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Maths, Business or Finance
Language skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent writing skills
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel (VBA is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Highly flexible and able to prioritise important tasks
- Client focus
- Interest in financial services
- High profile co-ordination with internal and external clients
- Deadlines are a major part of the role so it is essential that the candidate can focus on achieving timely results

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Dublin is to begin on 01/01/2026 but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
