Lead-Resiliency Management
Responsibilities
- Review the design & Enterprise architecture of the Infrastructures.
- Guide the Skill teams / Infrastructure owners on the organizational policies & procedures of the risk management.
- Review the resiliency status of the infrastructures in line with the organizational policy.
- Review the obsolescence status of Infrastructures in line with the organizational policy.
- Review the quality of documentation (Availability, Standard, Freshness).
- Report the discrepancies / compliance issues to Risk Manager/Authorities.
- Analyse Incidents to identify if they are due to resiliency/obsolescence or insufficient documentation.
- Participate in gap assessment, compliance readiness, compliance monitoring activities.
- Conduct planned/un-planned internal audit.
- Facilitating & tracking remediation & corrective action plan.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in collecting the Risk Management KPIs.
Profile required
- Expert level Infrastructure knowledge at least on one of the core technologies of GTS (Server/Storage/Middleware/Network/DWS (Digital Workplace Support)
- Good knowledge on full stack of Infrastructure and its interdependencies
- Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management
- Significant practical experience in BCP and DR activities
- Strong understanding of IT risk assessment and management, especially for Infrastructure
- Understanding IT Infrastructure component capacity.
- This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize resource utilization & prepare dashboard.
- Assessing various documents related to organization's IT infrastructure for its diagrams, resiliency, accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Prior experience in large enterprise, working as an Infrastructure architect or specialist.
- Understanding of Private & various public cloud platforms are highly desirable
