Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

•    Reviewing financial statements of MNC corporates and some Indian corporates and updating them in banks standard spreadsheet.
•    Performing independent risk analysis on these corporates, formulating logical and appropriate recommendations.
•    Manage all matters related to the submission of credit applications (pre and post approval) and maintaining valid obligor ratings.
•    Liaise with front office, management, and risk to facilitate credit requests on a timely basis.
•    Perform ongoing monitoring of exposures and provide early identification of emerging risks and problem accounts. 
•    Support administrative functions of the department which includes regular business MIS creations / updation, regulatory required data submission and follow-up with the key stake holders.
•    Supporting senior analysts of the team.
•    Tracking Industry updates to review impact on clients if any.

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major): Graduation and CA Trainee

Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how: Trainee / internship experience of 1-2 years is preferable (specially in Bank Audit)

Skills & Competencies: 

•    Ability to quickly identify, analyse and assess credit risks of counterparties and perform counterparty risk analysis on an ongoing basis.
•    Banking product knowledge.
•    Good team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
•    Responsibility – being able to generate outstanding individual and collective performance
•    Team Spirit – Ability to build relationships with both internal & external stakeholders; developing synergies with the team and within the Group
•    Commitment – being able to listen and demonstrate emotional intelligence to engage others

Language Skills: English

Computer Skills: Strong computer application skills – word, excel and other Microsoft application knowledge
