Internship Transfer Agent - M/W
Responsibilities
The Back Office Agent processes executing and controlling of Dealing activities along with the respecting activities of reconciliation, payments and clearing.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Oversight of dealing, payments, clearing activities processed from India
Ensures that processes are carried out in accordance with internal procedures and policies, with internal/ external KPIs and SLAs and compliance requirements; (Fax, Swift, FTP, NSCC, Clearstream, Euroclear), FXes handling, NAV injection, estimated and final cashflow reporting and communication, Contract note & payment instruction generation (MT103, MT202, MT210) and monitoring, internal and external dealing reporting
Identifies process related improvements and optimize where applicable
Promotes risk awareness, assessment and control within the department
Ensures a standard service level to clients
Liaises with Registration team, Fund Set up team, Investor services team, Events and TA support teams to ensure all functions TA related are well handled and managed from an overall perspective relating to FOP
Profile required
Operational & behavioral skills
Knowledge of payment systems and minimum knowledge of accounting
SWIFT Knowledge
Good knowledge of banking businesses and products
Good command of the usual office tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
Good writing skills
Result oriented (able to assess a situation and resolve it in a timely manner), based on the technical skills and risk features
Organizational skills and quality focused
Time management and communication skills
Display collaborative skills within and outside the team
