Responsibilities

Technical Lead required for a payments and treasury application development team. Applications are built with Java, React and python scripting in pockets. Require individuals who has strong communication and agile master skills along with core abilities built on Java and react who can design and lead projects technically as well.

Lead the design and technical implementation of the product/project.
Accountable for technical deliverables on its quity ans security aspects. Reduce Code smells, code debt and prevent and close existing technical vulnerabilities.
Contribute to automation and innovation.
Mentor and guide the team.
Define coding standards for the entire technology stack.
Contribute to code review and architectural design/review to improve the efficiency of the team. 
Ensure that the project is executed as per client's expectations.
Develop a culture of innovation within the team.

Profile required

Proven experience in the programming/scripting languages. Complete understanding of front, middle and back-end programming concepts. Proficiency in one of the programming languages is added advantage. Ability to use designing and automation tools. Basic knowledge of CI practices. High learning agility. Excellent team player. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of any frameworks. Proven development experience on Python or Java. Demonstrated experience in designing, building and maintaining data processing systems.
