Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·       HR Operation Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR Service delivery. This position is responsible for managing complex employee lifecycle processes, data analysis, policy compliance, process improvement, and supporting HR Systems. The role acts as a subject matter expert for the HR Operational activities and partners with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR Transactions related to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotion and other employee lifecycle events.

·       Serve as point of contact for escalated employee and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

·       Analyze HR Operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization

·       Create, update and maintain standard operating procedure (SOPs) for HR Processes

·       Assist in implementing HR technology solutions and participate in system upgrades or testing activities

·       Contribute to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts

·       Train and mentor junior HR Analysts or support team members as needed

QUALIFICATION

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration, or related fields

·       3 - 5 Years of experience in HR Operations or HR shared services

·       Strong knowledge on HRIS platform (E.g.: Peoplesoft, Workday, Oracle)

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics tools.

·       Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills
