Responsibilities

Role –  Business Analyst

·         Understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.

·         Reviews and edits requirements, specifications (BDD), business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

·         Get the knowledge transfer on BDD creation and pick a feature to apply the same

·         Proposes monitoring dashboards for features

·         Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

·         Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.

·         Facilitates effective team interaction. Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties

·         Impactful contribution in other projects across BL

·         Contribution to transversal initiative/s

  Participate in the requirement discussions to come up with clear understanding of 

o   Estimation

o   Impact analysis

o   Testing strategy

o   Alerting

o   Monitoring

o   Auditing

o   Performance

  Before Sprint Planning the stories to have enough details of the above

  Participate in 3 amigo session along with Dev and QA

  Participate/Facilitate sprint planning and other spring ceremonies and pick stories autonomously

  Ensure all documentations are updated on time ex – Roadmap,

  Facilitate timely response and resolution of production queries with ownership

  Measurable contribution to Identify, achieve efficiency savings (hard/soft)

  Contribution towards automation of existing processes

  Build an understanding of Pilotage and its processes to act as Primary back up

  Identify a backup for self and groom

Improve functional knowledge on all new and old features

·         Become hands on when it comes to checking logs and database queries so that dependency can be reduced

·         All practices followed, and ceremonies are attended

·         Pick an area of interest based on business focus/criticality and work alongside your feature team lead/chapter lead to arrive at an innovative outcome - At least one such business feature apart from regular feature which you would have to drive

·         Communicating in a healthy way with other developers, BA and Business.

·         Clear and concise communication skills. 

Profile required

    Process Knowledge

    ·         Agile best practices

    ·         Should have worked in the Banking or capital market domains

    ·         Aware of CI/CD practices

    Technical Skills

    ·         Proven proficiency in MS Office.

    ·         Good hands on experience in SQL – Intermediate proficiency Level is preferrable

    ·         Good knowledge on API’s and services – Should be able to test the APIs and services
