VP, Senior Sales, GTB
Responsibilities
1. Implement transaction banking sales activities to cover MNC, LC, FI’s portfolio in the Shanghai and surrounding area, including existing and potential pipelines, for purpose of building up transaction banking businesses including deposit business with Corp, maintain stable deposit base at reasonable cost, and trade finance products for both funded and non-funded products.
2. Be ultimately responsible for overall transaction banking relationships with portfolio clients, including new opportunities both onshore and offshore, pipeline management, global account plan, client service quality, implementation, etc.
3. Build up strong rapport with client’s senior contact, provide consultancy and market intelligence to clients, both for domestic and international transaction banking solutions.
4. Be ultimately responsible for KPIs, client relationships and internal counterpart relationships relating to designated portfolio.
5. Be senior and independent contact point for internal counterparts, including transaction banking teams across the world and in HQ, relationship managers and bankers, other product partners, internal supporting functions etc., in order to facilitate solution offering and implementation as well as internal cross-selling
Profile required
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree
2. At least 10 years sales experience preferable in transaction banking field, in particular deposit businesses.
3. English is must; French bank working experience is preferred
4. Strong understanding and connection to the business community in Shanghai and surrounding areas is a must.
