Associate - Fund Finance - Client Services
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management - Overseeing management of 30+ institutional client relationships across hedge funds, CLOs, Fund of Hedge Funds, family offices, 40-ACT funds, and ABS, handling more than 130 financing transactions annually. Utilized proprietary models to evaluate risk and ensure transactional suitability. Proactively resolved over client issues, coordinating communications and aligning service strategies with client needs to enhance satisfaction and maintain high retention rates.
- Leverage Adjustments - Approving all advances in lending to clients, ensuring that any advances to do not create breaches of contractual limits.
- Equity Adjustments - Approving all releases of equity out of client portfolios, and ensuring clients are within the guidelines of their contractual limits.
- Portfolio Modeling - Working with clients to maximize their ability to borrow, and to lower haircuts.
- Portfolio Trading - Booking of all subscriptions and redemptions to initiate a workflow with the other groups to buy and sell hedge funds.
- Risk Monitoring - Daily monitoring of client portfolios and structures, to ensure all clients are within the guidelines of their contractual limits.
- Structural Booking – Booking all client structures within our proprietary software.
- Website – Continual enhancements of our website. Working closely with business analysts and technologists.
- New Client Introduction – Introducing new clients to our platform.
- Entails operational calls and logistical onboarding set up.
- Client Reporting – Monthly reporting of outstanding loans, cash and position valuations.
Profile required
- BBA/BS/BA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, detail-oriented, driven to work in a fast-learning environment, multi-tasking.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a team player, strong technical skills.
- 3-4+ years of experience within the Fund Finance sector

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
