Responsibilities

This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s risk assessment strategy. In this role, you will design and deliver advanced data solutions that power audit risk assessment and continuous monitoring covering all business units of the group. You will work on industrialized data processes, develop quantitative risk metrics, and help migrate our internal audit risk assessment tool into a global solution. This is a high-impact position offering global exposurecutting-edge technologies, and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Internal Audit risk assessment team to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality for risk assessment.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and advanced analytics for senior management.
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate solutions into enterprise-wide frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations (GDPR).
  • Document processes for transparency and reproducibility.

Profile required

Bachelors/Masters Degree of Engineering with 7-10 years of experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years in data analytics or data engineering.
  • Strong skills in Python.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and modern data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data governance.
  • Familiarity with risk metricsaudit processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Bonus: Experience with machine learning or LLMs for audit data.
