Lead Software Engineer- Data Engineer
Responsibilities
Lead Software Engineer Full Stack developer with 7+ years of experience
- Strong experience Node.js for backend and React.js for Front end
Basic understanding SQL, POSTGRE database - Write clean and maintainable code.
- Good collaboration required with Product Management team and cross functional teams.
- Understand the business needs and transform it to a technical solution
- Maintain the existing solution by enhancing and providing support technically
- Follow the agile methodology and best practices in day to day work
- Propose new solutions to improve the efficiency wherever possible
- Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs and others concerned.
- Should have experience in coordinating onsite/offshore team members. Delivery ownership for offshore deliverables.
- Should be able to estimate from high level requirement and do an independent estimate from detailed functional
- specification
- Capability to provide technical design and implement on complex requirement.
- Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
- Meticulously review the design, test cases and code
- Coding, Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
- Writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing
- Understanding of security practices (JWT, OAuth)
- Lead the technical team and engage in business conversations & mentoring of the team
Profile required
Develop responsive web application features using React.js.
Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js
Design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL.
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and other developers.
Write clear, well-documented, and reusable code.
Technical Expertise, Quality and Leadership/Teamwork · Awareness of function programming (FP) and best practices in FP.
