Senior Analyst - DAS
Responsibilities
-Ensure delivery excellence is achieved with no external errors (Productivity>95%, Quality>99% application wise, TAT (as per CSLA)
- Zero operational risk incidents- Implementing Quality Controls
- Fair understanding of BIA, BCP & Risk parameters, active participation in BCP testing/UAT as per requirement
- Understanding the continuous improvement framework & contribute to team's maturity score
- Display Flexibility for skeletal staffing & notify the stakeholders well in advance in terms of coverage and extended support when there is a business need
- Sensitive and adaptable for Business requirements in terms of Time Zone Coverage
- Adherence to SGGSC policies & procedures (including Flexibility, Mandatory training & Service Culture Postures)
- Establish engagement with counterparts
Profile required
-Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. Candidate must possess good interpersonal communication skill and should be a go getter.
-The Candidate should have an excellent understanding of the investment banking system and preferably on trade and brokerage settlements.
-Candidate must have analytical skills to understand and take a decision in resolving queries.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- The daily execution as well as the supervision of defined operational processes relating to GBIS
- Reference data worldwide with a clear emphasis on the data management of GOP’s and Portfolio (smallest financial element carrying information describing deals/operations)
- The analysis, validation and processing of business requests impacting GBIS analytical structure
- The ability to act as an expert on GOP & PTF related issues
- Maintaining accuracy and integrity of the reference data maintained as per the policies enacted by SG Group
- The contribution to the maintenance and management of operating procedures and KPIs
- The preparation of knowledge sharing sessions and huddles for process updates
- Initiatives in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Maintaining the log of the all the action performed
