V.I.E. Securitisation and Funding Financing Analyst
Responsibilities
Within the Distributoin and Credit Solutions (DCS) division is the Securitisation (SEC) team, which is the centre expertise in origiantoin, structuring, financing, and distribution for securitised products (ABS and RMBS), trade receivables and structured loans as well as funds financing. SEC/FFS activity is exclusively focused on clients (corporates, financial institutions, insurance companies and investors in a wide sense, such as private equity, fund managers, specialised funds, hedge funds). The SEC business provides clients with asset backed solutions for financing as well as risk and liquidity management through the use of securitisation, structured credit, and other market techniques. SEC Australia is part of SEC APAC with teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney and ultimately, the global DCS platform serving a broad range of clients worldwide. The Australian business is growing across a range of product offerings with the team managing a range of new transactions as well as the existing portfolio.
Responsibilities :
Transaction support to the deal team as well as other business development and research tasks, including:
- Credit and cash flow modelling
- Deal execution both internally and externally in the context of public and private securitisation transactions
- Preparation of client pitches and other marketing materials
- Participating in various aspects of client due diligence
- Actively contributing to the preparation of credit applications and other internal approval requests
- Client onboarding
- Market research
- Portfolio and business performance reporting
- Other ad hoc business and transaction specific requirements

Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
- Ideally you have previous experience in a project finance team, otherwise in financial analysis
Language skills:
- Fluent in English

Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
Strong listening and analytical skills
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Australia is to begin February 1st, 2026, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
