Responsibilities

  • Perform Business Analyst activities in the teams of CFT/CRE in GSC IN for BU/SUs: MCR
  • Demonstrate advance level of functional and domain expertise.
  • Seamless coordination with key stakeholders on functional domains and partnering with POs to create Synergy.
  • Align & implement CFT & CFT/CRE OKRs, as applicable, thereby realizing global CFT, GSC CF & GSC goals.
  • Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
  • Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes.
  • Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.
  • Provide L3 functional support to application end users and production support teams.
  • Ensure adequate documentation of delivered artefacts.
  • Define project catalogue in coordination with stakeholders for upcoming Production releases.
  • Promote a culture of Agility, Client centricity, Efficiency, Commitment & Innovation with an Open mindset.
  • Drive, contribute efficiencies & continuous improvement initiatives; monitor progress & taking appropriate actions when required.
  • Lead, participate to global CFT/CRE Transformation programs.
  • Ideate, seek & collate feedback on GSC and/or CFT/CRE strategy from team members, biz partners, stakeholders; Convert them into actions and communicate the same
  • Demonstrate equality when dealing with peers, managers, team members & other stakeholders .
  • Ensure realization of CSR related objectives that includes diversity, citizenship programs, CSR by design by engaging teams.
  • Embody culture of ‘OneCFT’ & be a model to promote it amongst peers, staff & stakeholders at large.

Profile required

  • Profile
    - Candidate should have 6+ years of experience as Credit Risk Business Analyst
    - Expertise in Key regulations like BASEL II/III, IFRS9, CRR2
    - Effective communication and good interpretation skills
    - Should have knowledge on SQL for the data analysis
    - Understanding of test life cycle
    - Understanding and working on Agile methodology is good to have
    - Added advantage if CFA or FRM certified
    Domain - Credit Risk:
    - Understanding Credit Risk Models and Metrics: PD, LGD, RWA, ECL etc.
    - Should worked on Key regulations like BASEL, IFRS 9, CRR2, CRR3, Large Exposure etc.
    - Credit Risk: Calculation, Reporting, Data Management, Modelling.
    - Key Terms: Credit Risk, Country risk, Counterparty risk, rating process, defaulting etc.
    IT Business Analyst:
    - Understating Business requirements (BRD)
    - Converting BRD to FSD
    - Able to work with developers to implement these requirements in the system
    - validate the requirements and get the sign off.
    SQL:
    - Able to write the basic queries for data retrieval using SQL functions, joins etc.
    Testing:
    - Should have clear idea of test life cycle
    - Good if worked on automated tools.
    Agile:
    - Able to understand the agile methodology and follow all the agile practices (Grooming, prioritization, planning, demo, etc.)
    - Able to manage the production (24/7)
