Software Engineer - Planisware & Production Support
Responsibilities
Job Description
- 1-3 or 3-5 years of experience in Planisware application support
- Responsible for Planisware Production Support activities for IT Steering Team.
- Understand the functional scope & User interaction.
- Should be a self-driven, motivated and have strong passion for technology.
- Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs and others concerned.
- Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
- Involve in User Testing
- Perform complex production analysis and monitoring
- To innovate & involve in automation /optimisation topics
Profile required
- Planisware Support, V2 scripting, attributes & maintenance experience
- Unix Basic commands
- DBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Server basic knowledge
Java scripting (optional)
Personal Skills:
Problem solver, thinker and analyzer
Strong written and communication skills
Able to plan & Prioritize work
Banking background would be a plus
