Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       The International Mobility Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of employee international assignments, transfers, and relocations. The role ensures compliance with global mobility policies, tax and immigration requirements, and provides operation support to employees and business stakeholders to enable smooth international moves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Act as the first point of contact for employees on mobility- related queries.

·       Support the coordination of international assignments, short-term and long-term relocations, and cross-border transfers.

·       Track assignment lifecycle activities and maintain mobility databases

·       Prepare cost estimates, assignment letters, and compensation summaries

·       Provide guidance on policy interpretation, relocation benefits, and assignment process

·       Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless assignment execution

QUALIFICATION

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human resources / Business Administration / Finance or related fields.

·       2-4 Years of experience in HR Operations, international mobility, or global HR shared services.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS tools, and mobility tracking systems.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Shift:  APAC Shift (6:30 am- 3:30 pm)
