Responsibilities

Role of the Filtering team is to ensure that an appropriate filtering framework & up-to-date sanctions & AML lists are deployed throughout the Societe Generale Group to filter the flows and Referentials of all the entities of the Group. To ensure this task, a critical daily process of lists updates takes place using dedicated tools, most notably from the provider Fircosoft. The process also includes impact tests, optimizations to mitigate any false positive spikes, audit trail formalization, and when necessary, incident management. The team is in regular contact with a very large number of internal and external stakeholders, such as regulators, internal audit or Sanctions & Embargoes correspondents within the entities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the regulatory maintenance of the « FORCES » filtering tools (management of Sanctions and Embargos & AML lists)

·         Assistance when needed to teams handling the Level 1 and Level 2 alerts, and the internal Group beneficiaries (Entities and subsidiaries)

·         Manage filtering optimizations on the FORCES filtering platform

·         Assisting with projects & testing of tools linked to the List Management process

·         Perform and document test results on the implemented rules

·         Manage requests from internal stakeholders and technical contacts

Profile required

-          Experience with Fircosoft filtering tools (FIRCO Continuity, FIRCO Trust, FMM, FML…), knowledge of the rules related to international sanctions and/or AML is expected, as well as an appetite for the IT field

-          A very good level of both written and oral in English.  French language is an added advantage

-          Knowledge of the SG group if possible,

-          Very good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate sensitive and challenging topics

-          Knowledge on Sanctions and Embargo
