Agile Master

•    Should be an expert in Agile methodology and foster best practices in the team

•     Should ensure proactive follow-ups and communication transparently with scrum team, Product Owners and stakeholders thru agile principles and values

•     Should manage PI planning with strong coordination with IT and Business stakeholders

•     Ensure Product Owner prioritizes user stories and prepares the backlog regularly. Ensure that these backlog items are properly and fully defined prior to acceptance

•     Resolve team challenges to ensure on-time deliverables and ensure that the team is self-organized

•     Promote Agile approach throughout the organization

•     Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives and review/adapt workshop

•     Should have an experience on Private banking domain/ European financial regulations

•     Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented

•     Require 8+ years of experience as Java developer

•     Hands-on experience with at least 4-5 years in GUI development using React is an added advantage

•     Deep expertise and hands on experience in Core java

•     Good knowledge in data structures

•     Good understanding of SOA and Microservices

•     Hands-on experience with at least 6 years in Spring boot, Spring security, MVC and Hibernate, JPA

•     Good experience in TDD, BDD

•     Good fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design & Design Patterns

•     Good RDBMS fundamentals with exposure to SQL using Oracle or PostgreSQL

•     Good working experience in Git repository

•     Experience in creating & executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit or any other equivalent.

         8-10 years ( Bangalore ) of experience working as an IT Technical Lead

         Banking experience is required, focusing on Private banking

         Knowledge of Private Banking regulation standards such as EMIR, FATCA, MIFID2 etc. is strongly preferred. Knowledge of financial asset classes is a plus

        Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods

        Experience with user stories creation - BDD

       Demonstrate advance level of functional and domain expertise with complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
      Hands on in SQL, JIRA and GitHub, Postman and other tools

      Ability to work autonomously on the Business analysis scope of work including requirements gathering, scope validation, drafting of functional specification, ensure business signoff on requirements
