Java Developer / Tech Lead
Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a skilled Software Developer to help us with the development of our current projects. As part of our team, you will play an essential role in the innovation and creation process of Societe Generale software solutions that can reshape the digital world of tomorrow.
What you will do:
·Participate in developing the high level solution in direct with the business and translate in technical details
·Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Java and related technologies.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.
·Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
·Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement fixes to ensure the stability, performance, and security of applications.
·Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Profile required
·7+ years of experience in Java development(vers. 8+), with a focus on full stack development for web applications.
·Proficiency in front-end technologies and modern frameworks and React(+3y).
·Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
·Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
·Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
·Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
·Good level of English command, French Understanding/Speaking highly appreciated.
·Openness/Willingness on team support/growing, Good understanding of the “Big Picture” in transversal activites
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Would be appreciated:
·Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
·Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
·Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
