System Engineer - FTS

Your missions could be (non-exhaustive list):

•    Monitor, support and improve DVT platform services

•         Ensure End user assistance

•         QoS follow-up, incident and problem management

•         Corrective maintenance (bug fixing and SLA maintenance)

•         Security management (patching, certificate renewal, re-certification, …)

•         Obsolescence management (included or consumed product/services/APIs)

•         Capacity management

•         Certifications maintenance (security / architect / operation / development)

We would like you to be a proactive learner and own skills about Scrum, automatization, automated testing, predictive maintenance..

We would like you to be a reactive to assist end user and to manage incident if any (base on internal production golden rules).

SKILLS

Our service is based on the following technologies : Linux , Python, Terraform, Grafana,

You may not be an expert of all, but it is mandatory that you know and have implemented some of them and you are comfortable with at list one of the languages listed above.

You also need to be curious, to discover new technologies, propose innovative solutions.  To understand our users concerns you need to put yourself in the place of our service consumers in order to identify their needs and identify products improvements.
