End User Technology & Infrastructure Coordination
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for front, back office, and support functions.
- Lead or coordinate regional and local infrastructure projects (e.g., device refresh, OS migration, office moves).
- Oversee local contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
- Monitor and report on end-user satisfaction, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving service excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract reviews in alignment with SG global standards.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle: provisioning, tracking, decommissioning, and replacement.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on incident and change management.
- Maintain and enhance documentation, knowledge base, and user training materials.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment and communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and user experience.
Profile required
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or operational risk.
- Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred.
- Familiarity with SG systems, tools, and governance processes is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies (Windows, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, DNS/DHCP, and basic scripting.
- Experience with collaboration tools, video conferencing, and remote support.

Department Description
Global Technology & Engineering department (GCOO/GTE) includes all the IT infrastructure resources of Société Générale and its subsidiaries (Crédit du Nord, Fran finance, etc.) in France and abroad.
GTE’ mission is to provide the Group’s business divisions with secured infrastructure services. This translates into offers, service levels and costs tailored to the internal customers’ needs such as hosting businesses’ applications, workstations, collaborative services, network and telephony.
GTE aims to ensure the Information System (IS) production quality level and to respond to Group business needs for the set-up of new infrastructure services.
GTE is the entity that provides infrastructure services for the entire Société Générale group. It provides the bank with IT production and plays the role of IT infrastructure department.
