Responsibilities
Job Description:
· Should be a graduate in any discipline, post-graduation is preferable, 4 + years of relevant experience preferably or, in back-office banking operation’s experience, with knowledge on Market Data Order Management &\ Invoice reconciliation activities.
· Strong knowledge\understanding on Market Data & related topics and tools such as MDM, DACS, Bloomberg Online Portal and other related tools.
· Perform market data order\request management & invoice reconciliation activities with good understanding of intricacies, dependencies & impact
· Should have the logical understanding of why we do what we do in the respective that they are operating in i.e., both JLC & Invoicing
· Good analytical & reporting skills (excel)
· Be a subject matter expert in the respective line of work
· Be able to train new hires, analysts, provide right level of guidance
· Ability to establish priorities, supervise and assist your peers
· Approachable and act as a guide point to your team members, extended regional teams & inter-dependent teams
· Ability to proactively flag complex, risky scenarios to management and seek guidance
· Ability to exhaust all known resources and seeking help with strong investigation result & findings. Have problem and solution-oriented approach rather than defining problem alone
· Be initiative and take lead on process related topics
· Contribute to enhancing peer group knowledge
Profile required
Qualification : B. Com, BBA, MBA finance
· Actively participate and contribute to team level projects
· Must ensure that all KPIs are met with respect to timelines (SLAs) and quality
· Good analytical skills
· Excel skills
· Adherence to SOPs, Review of SOPs Personal Skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to communicate clearly and correctly, Ability to clearly understand the problem statement, Telephone etiquette, Strong customer service focus & Questioning techniques, Excellent presentation skills.
