Responsibilities

The role is for supporting FIG China team to grow FI business while maintaining compliance scrutiny level and assisting with internal process and tasks.

  • Support FIG China team to deepen the relationship with a portfolio of bank, NBFI, public sector clients with an aim to expand cooperation of full spectrum of business lines. 
  • Undertake first level FI client data analysis, due-diligence, and completion of relevant files across detailed company introduction, financial highlights, business scope, business strategy, shareholding structure, risk factors and mitigates, pipeline opportunities, market intelligence reports etc.  
  • Follow up the periodic / ad-hoc KYC requests for FIG China client portfolio. 
  • Perform NBI data analysis and prepare relevant portfolio review reports. 
  • Coordinate among various business lines, supporting functions and clients to solve non-recurring incidents.
  • Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management.  
     

Profile required

  • University or Master graduate in the discipline of finance, business administration, economics, or computer science
  • Open for fresh graduate, working experience in banking and finance professional sphere would be a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of financial institutions as a sector.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong skills in financial data analysis and business writing.
  • Proactive and energetic, self-motivated.
  • A team player with strong sense of ownership and good communication skills.
  • Good command of written & spoken Mandarin/English
  • Well versed in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)
  • CPA or CFA qualification is plus
