V.I.E. US Digital Assets Product Analyst
Responsibilities
SG is the first bank in the world to issue a Stablecoin and it plans to maintain its leading role in this industry by expanding its activity into the U.S. under the aegis of the new U.S. regulation on stablecoins (the GENIUS Act) and the changing regulatory environment for digital assets generally. SG is also expanding its banking activities with virtual asset service providers and crypto asset service providers involved in a variety of related businesses, including crypto exchanges, crypto technology providers, digital asset custody and trading services.
SG is looking for a VIE who is interested in helping to establish and grow its digital assets businesses in the U.S.
Responsabilities:
- Support comprehensive monitoring of regulatory and legal developments related to digital assets in the US, collaborating closely with compliance and legal teams.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for innovation to enhance the competitiveness of digital assets initiative.
- Assist in developing a detailed business case, including financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product and IT teams to define and refine technical and functional requirements aligned with strategic goals.
- Help establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as fintech, financial institutions and technology partners.
Contribute to the preparation of operational plans to ensure readiness for market entry.

Studies & experience:
Graduate with a Master degree from top ranked Business/Engineering School or University with a strong interest in digital assets and fintech innovation
Language skills:
Fluent in English
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Solid analytical skills
- Must be flexible and eager to discover and learn fast on a wide range of topics
- Proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Previous experience or strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or digital currencies will be a significant advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in New York is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
