Cyber security Lead Analyst
Responsibilities
è Responsible for driving the consolidation, Analyzing and reporting of key risks across business functions to provide a comprehensive enterprise risk view.
è Role focuses on gathering and analysing risk information, maintaining governance standards and templates and ensuring transparent reporting to various management forums
è Experience in aggregating risk information from various departments or BU’s to develop a comprehensive, consistent and standardized enterprise -wide risk view for effective reporting and analysis
è Collaborate with technical team in building a single, central repository / lake for storing massive amounts of raw multi structured risk data
è Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (macros and Advanced Formulas), Power BI(Interpreting dashboards) and Microsoft PowerPoint(Create Management presentation and summaries)
è Analyze historical and emerging trends in risk metrics to identify potential future exposures and reporting the same in required forums
è Detect anomalies or inconsistencies in reported risk data, initiate follow-up actions and ensure findings are escalated or reported in respective forums
è Roles requires strong collaboration with cross functional teams (Various BU’s) to ensures risks are consistently captured and monitored
è Support leadership and committees with trend-based insights to guide strategic decision making
è Conduct risk trend and pattern to identify emerging or systematic risks
è Provide data-driven recommendations for risk Prioritization and Monitoring
è Continuously identify opportunities to Automate and enhance reporting efficiency across the risk management function
è Provide support to business in the modification /creation of managerial controls to ensure that controls are setup in a complete, accurate and timely manner, while meeting regulatory and other requirements
è Monitor and follow up on pending or overdue action items from risk reviews and enforce closure through regular engagement with respective owners
Profile required
è Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering Discipline, finance or related discipline.
è 8-10 Years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk or Risk Reporting, ITRM
è Strong Analytical background with experience in Trend Analysis, forecasting and Data interpretation
è Good to have risk data leak knowledge and Risk Framework
è Deep understanding in Risk Management Frameworks and Internal controls
è Good to have CRISC, ISO 27001, CISSC Certification
è Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights.
è High Attention to detail and commitment to governance and data integrity
