Senior Analyst - Risk assessment - French
Responsibilities
· Provide training to entities on the risk assessment framework & tools.
· Facilitate UAT and Identify and validate the test cases.
· Anticipate and accompany the changes related to the tools used in the Project.
· Provide ongoing support of the tools.
· Follow up of action items with the relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying Mitigants and Perform Risk Cover Assessment to test the effectiveness of mitigants
- The candidate will be entrusted with projects and tasks of his/her own and his/her manager will expect to receive very clear and concise feedback on the work progress
Profile required
Experience - 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Risk Assessment/Project Management. Exposure to KYC, AML, CMS, Compliance Reporting is an added advantage.
French B2 Certified or equivalent is mandatory
· Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- MBA is preferred
Functional & technical Knowledge:
· Identifying Mitigants and Perform Risk Cover Assessment to test the effectiveness of mitigants.
· Analysis of the residual reports
· Preparation of Residual risk report
· Preparation of Action plans and action items reports
· Identification, Assessment and Evaluation of inherent & residual risks
· Identification risks which are applicable and update regulation
· Good understanding of Core Banking Systems
· Fluency and good writing skills in French Language, ability to synthesize.
· Agile methodology knowledge
Curiosity, critical thinking and tenacity
Competencies
· Knowledge on Global regulations related to banking and compliance.
· Ability to work in project mode.
· Ability to work with the Excel, SharePoint and Power BI tool.
· Spoken Language fluency (for verbal communication with the necessary entities)
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational and time-management
· Comfortable in high volume and high stress environment
Flexible to work on shifts as required
