Responsibilities

The Regulatory and Administrative Operations Team is seeking a results-oriented student with English proficiency, a solution-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills. Our team coordinates a wide range of regulatory and administrative processes at both global and regional levels. As a trainee, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, including CEOs and COOs of the entities and organizational units we support. This opportunity offers an in-depth understanding of governance and operations within one of the world’s largest banks, while significantly enhancing your coordination and project management skills. Proficiency in French and previous experience coordinating projects, such as within a student council, is an additional asset.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Providing support to Regulatory and Administrative Operations Team

  • Participation in coordination of wide range of processes on global and regional level including but not limited to Sanctions and Embargoes (SnE), Systems and Referential (SnR), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Data Records Management (DRM), Normative Documentation Governance (NDG), Powers of Attorneys management (PoA) for benefit of various senior stakeholders including Global GBTO COO, GBTO COO France and EMEA COO

  • Preparation of slide decks for relevant committees and meetings within coordinated framework

  • Participation in actions required to perform tasks related to processes managed by Regulatory and Administrative Operations Team (including coordination of capture of changes campaigns, certification campaigns, satisfying audit recommendations, codification of normative retention rules etc.)

  • Participation in coordination of actions of senior stakeholders, including CEOs and COOs of serviced entities, required to properly manage processes under Regulatory and Administrative Operations Team responsibility

  • To monitor and report to relevant stakeholders on Key Risk Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, Control Framework, Training Completion Rates etc

  • To provide assistance to Global GBTO COO, GBTO COO France and EMEA COO on other designated topics

  • Performing other tasks assigned by manager

Profile required

  • Student status for the entire duration of the internship (business, administration, economics, finance or law)

  • Availability to work 30 hours per week

  • Proficiency in English. Proficiency in French is an additional asset

  • Previous experience in coordination of projects is an additional asset (for example coordination of projects for students’ associations, students’ council etc.)

  • Skills in MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to act in a team as well as independently

  • Good self-organization

  • Ability to timely deliver results

  • Ability to act in environment that is culturally diverse
