Responsibilities
Projects include, but are not limited to:
Broad exposure to more than 30 trading desks, making markets in hundreds of financial products across Fixed Income, Equity, and Commodities
Provide insight into the day-to-day functioning of Capital Markets, and witness firsthand trading of global risk and capital flows
Deep understanding of a wide range of trades implemented by key market investors across Global Banks, Hedge Funds, Insurers, Pensions funds, Real Money managers, and Corporate Accounts
Invaluable opportunity to demonstrate your potential in a high-spirited trading floor environment working for a ~1.45tn asset global bank
Calculating value-at-risk figures for the trading strategies of clients
Analyzing Trading Desk hedging strategies and risk exposures

Within Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, the Global Markets Division brings together the Research, Investment and Risk Management Solutions, Execution and Clearing, Prime Services, Equities, Fixed Income, Futures and Currencies & Commodities structuring capabilities with the objective of providing investors with one integrated multi-asset market solutions team. The business uses an advisory and innovation mindset, focused on client needs, with a global leader in financial markets engineering. Global Markets is a leading player in derivatives, with unrivaled over the counter and listed derivatives expertise, as well as cross-asset and economic research. Specific Qualifications:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029. (Current freshmen are eligible to apply).

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. This is not a benefits eligible position.
