Responsibilities

  • Industrialize & Automate our monitoring tools & create new ones when necessary in order to secure the Production

  • Estimate the risks and opportunities of our tools and processes, and propose initiatives to reduce the risks and improve our efficiency and rationalize them

  • Work closely with algo developers on the trading floor, improve efficiency of existing process on the trading platform by software automation

  • Automation of existing manual system tests on the trading platform

  • Rationalize, Industrialize and reduce the entropy of the numerous monitoring tools, emails & script we have

  • Create documentation and report regularly on issues to direct management, follows Production processes closely on incident, problem and request management, adheres to code of conduct

  • Innovate, create new way of monitoring when necessary (Machine learning, Predictive approach, AI)

  • Ensure production stability, communication transparency, accurate tracking, follow up of any production issue/problem and respect of the deadlines

Profile required

  • Min 8 years exp in Financial banking industry

  • Able to manage pressure by accompany business requests while seating on the trading floor

  • Good knowledge on Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, Azure

  • Good knowledge on Python

  • Knowledge of ELK

  • Familiar with Shell commands

  • Reliability and rigor

  • Good knowledge on Global Markets activities, expertise on FIC perimeter is a plus

  • Proactive / Innovative

  • Excellent attitude towards work, colleagues and management

  • A performer, demonstrates best qualities and ability to learn quickly

  • Good communication and organizational skills, analytical mind

  • Confortable working with other locations (AMER, EMEA, ASIA)

  • Fluent English is mandatory

Department Description

By joining the Market Access team, you will work in a multi-cultural environment, fostering work/life balance. You will join a fast-growing team, encouraging exploration of new technologies and ideas, with a flat management structure.

As a market access support, you will join a cross-functional team in charge of supporting market gateways and market data handlers to major financial exchanges worldwide on both equities, fixed income and FX markets. The team is also contributing to strategic business projects by delivering new offers as well as our go to public cloud journey.

You will sit on the trading floor and work closely with the front office users.
