Delivery Manager
Responsibilities
Manager within GSCI/GBI/GTP/GFL/OCO team is responsible for:
Manage the relationship with the onshore partners and all stakeholders
Provide support to prepare for governance with global stakeholders.
Contribute to data gathering, data summarization and presentation.
Work with stakeholders to get the right information, with quality and on time
Transparent and effective communication within the team (monthly meetings about performance versus overall objectives, announcement of changes at the company level, etc.)
Effective and timely communication with peers and supervisors on all operational and work related topics
Motivate and keep the morale of the team at its required level
Active participation in the recruitment process
Able to analyze data to produce meaningful insights.
