Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance of all activities and operations with internal policies and external regulations, including the management of transfers of fund units and SICAVs governed by foreign law. Actively collaborate with the team to guarantee timely completion of tasks within established deadlines, providing qualified support to distributors and clients. Contribute proactively to project management and the oversight of outsourced processes, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage transfers of fund units and SICAVs governed by foreign law, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations

  • Provide qualified assistance to distributors and actively contribute to project management initiatives

  • Monitor and control outsourced processes, guaranteeing adherence to standards and operational efficiency

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics

  • Preferable experience in the Financial Industry (Banks or SGR)

Language skills:

  • Italian: C2

  • English: B2

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Advanced Excel knowledge

  • Basic Access, Bloomberg and SAP Knowledge

  • Good Organizational skills

  • Accuracy and precision

  • Teamwork

  • Cooperation
